Job Description
We are seeking a Field Director of ABA Services to provide clinical and operational leadership across our partner school districts. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA leader who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment and is passionate about developing teams, ensuring service quality, and building strong district relationships. The Field Director serves as the primary liaison between Monaco School Services and school districts, overseeing BCBAs and RBTs while ensuring effective service delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities District & Program Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for partner school districts Build and maintain strong relationships with district personnel Ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery Collaborate with leadership on program development and initiatives Clinical Leadership & Supervision Supervise and support BCBAs in clinical decision-making Manage caseload distribution across teams Ensure RBT supervision meets BACB standards and quality expectations Mentor and develop BCBAs to support professional growth Assessment & Evaluation Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed Provide assessment support when team members are unavailable Ensure all assessments align with best practices and fidelity standards Staff Training & Development Lead onboarding and training for new RBTs and staff Conduct RBT competency assessments Provide ongoing professional development opportunities Staffing & Scheduling Monitor attendance and maintain accurate documentation Coordinate coverage for staff absences Partner with administrative teams to address staffing needs Operational Responsibilities Maintain 15-18 billable hours per week Ensure compliance with company policies, BACB guidelines, and district requirements Support data review, program evaluation, and continuous improvement Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience supervising BCBAs and/or RBTs Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience working in school-based settings preferred Ability to travel between district locations Work Environment Combination of school-based, field-based, and administrative work Travel between partner districts required Flexible, fast-paced environment with evolving needs
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
