QRC Group is looking for a Training Manager responsible for leading the site's training and development strategy , ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality systems, and business objectives . This role provides leadership for all training activities supporting a manufacturing site and is accountable for driving training effectiveness, training compliance, associate development, and workforce capability. The Training Manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site training programs to support GMP, GDP, Data Integrity (ALCOA+), FDA regulations, Warning Letter commitments, remediation initiatives, and operational excellence objectives. This role is critical in strengthening the site's remediation efforts through enhanced training governance, robust qualification programs, and proactive monitoring of training compliance. Willingness to work in El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities:

Training Leadership and Compliance Associate Development and Capability Building Remediation and Quality Culture Support Training Program Development People Leadership Operational Support Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment in training management , learning and development, quality training, or curriculum development. Experience managing learning management systems and training compliance programs. Strong experience developing and implementing training strategies in regulated environments. Experience supporting FDA-regulated operations and GMP requirements.

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, GDPs, and Data Integrity requirements. Demonstrated leadership in remediation and regulatory compliance improvement initiatives. Strong proficiency in training compliance oversight, audit readiness, and inspection support. Proven ability to develop associate capabilities and drive a sustainable quality culture. Fully bilingual (English/ Spanish ) with the ability to effectively influence and communicate at all organizational levels. W illingness to work in El Paso, Texas.
