Job Description
Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Readiness Service for their Los Angeles, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstration, coaching, and feedback on day-to-day operating procedures
Review daily performance feedback and address any training deficiencies escalated by on the job Mentors
Grade hands-on assessments, including on-the-ground and simulated sessions, and provide feedback to the Training Supervisor and team stakeholders.
Conduct formal audits of operator performance for both new and experienced operators
Assist with training material updates as needed and review new training material
Work with Training Supervisors to identify areas of confusion or discrepancy in the training curriculum
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in the AV space
Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and responsibilities
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues to support trainees
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace collaboration tools such as Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Forms
