As a Consultant Relations Group Analyst intern, you will help support the relationships between PIMCO, investment consultants, and broader client-facing teams. You're eligible to apply if you: Are pursuing an undergraduate degree and will be enrolled at a university during the Fall 2027 semester (August 2027 - December 2027) Must be able to begin full-time employment at a PIMCO office between January 2028 - August 2028 Have a minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate grade point average on a 4.0 scale, or the equivalent, at an accredited 4-year college or university Are business proficient in English See yourself as a
As a Consultant Relations Group Analyst intern, you'll work alongside Account Managers and the broader Consultant Relations Group to deliver timely, high-quality service to consultants by responding to requests and sharing information on PIMCO, its investment strategies, and its products. You'll gain exposure to performance data, market trends, investment strategy positioning, consultant-facing reporting, and the ways data, automation, and AI-enabled tools can improve workflows and generate insights. Throughout the summer, you'll build relationships across teams, strengthen your analytical and communication skills, and develop a strong foundation for a potential long-term career in consultant relations, client management, product strategy, or other client-facing roles. What you'll do: Analyze performance data, market trends, and investment strategies to support insights that can be communicated to consultants and clients Conduct research on investment products and market conditions to help inform consultant relations strategy and presentations Help prepare reports and updates for Account Managers that summarize PIMCO's investment performance, strategy changes, and market outlook Stay informed about market developments and trends to provide timely insights that can be shared with consultants Partner with teams across PIMCO to gather information and support a cohesive consultant relations approach Manage multiple priorities with urgency, sound judgment, professionalism, and strong attention to detail You'll thrive here as a CRG Analyst intern if you: Have a strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance Bring a client service mindset and a strong sense of urgency when responding to requests Can gather, analyze, and discuss market trends and data clearly and professionally Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and build rapport with team members and consultants Are collaborative, organized, adaptable, accountable, and attentive to detail Take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, professional environment Demonstrateproficiencywith Microsoft Excel and a demonstrated interest in using data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to solve problems and improve outcomes Have taken finance or capital markets coursework, which is recommended but not required Additional professional development note:
