You will be responsible for training new hires and measuring learning effectiveness to maximize the impact of training programs. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel using established training material.
- Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
- Measure the performance of trainees after training.
- Monitor performance of new sales personnel.
- Maintain and update records of training material.
- Stay up to date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

- Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
- Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms.
