Depending on Needs of Client Corporate Instructor - Separation and Divorce Job Description Corporate Instructor postings are filled based on enrollment. Additional Experience:
Social Work and/or Guidance Counselor experience preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Demostrate commitment to professional development per the client's needs. Organizing and developing training initiatives for clients of SPC Workforce and Professional Development. Executing training sessions for new and existing clients. Developing programs around the skills the clients require. Working with leaders to identify areas for improvement and apply changes to training based on client feedback. Promote and communicate frequently with Workforce and stakeholders to understand the evolving learning and development needs of our client pool. Demonstrate strategies that will encourage the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities in a learning-centered environment. Be able to work effectively to meet the needs of a diverse population.
