Atlas Care is hiring a part-time W-2 Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) to provide family-centered early intervention services for infants and toddlers in Lake County, Florida.

Responsibilities:

Deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based support in homes and community settings Coach caregivers and collaborate with families and service teams Maintain timely, accurate service documentation Follow Early Steps, payer, and Atlas Care requirements Travel locally within the assigned service area

Qualifications:

Current Florida ITDS certification, or documented eligibility/certification in process Relevant education and experience in early childhood development, special education, early intervention, or a related field Reliable transportation and ability to complete required background screening and credentialing Strong communication, documentation, and family-engagement skills Compensation and scheduling: $30 per hour Part-time W-2 position Flexible, family-based daytime scheduling Hours and assignments depend on family needs, service location, availability, qualifications, credentialing, and successful screening.
