47.00 per hour / 12 months contract to hire Develop training material according to Government regulations and contracts. Maintains Instructor Certification for military platform training. Performs training requirements of newly designed military vehicles. Conducts platform instruction for Soldiers, Marines and New Equipment Training (NET) Personnel. Capable of data entry for the Army Training Doctrine Database (TDC). Update Program of Instruction (POI) material for Trainers and Military School Instructors. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, training materials. Personnel should be familiar with DA Pam 350-70, training and training development including supporting pamphlets. Qualifications8-12 years minimum of related experience supporting military operationsBachelor's degree or Abrams-Bradley Master Gunner Experience as an instructor in a formal school setting (Abrams or Bradley preferred or Military Ground Vehicle training experience) Demonstrated ability to work independently Mind-set to work collaboratively in a team environment for program success Proven skills in the development of technical documents and oral communication Strong technical writing and presentation skills sought About UsAdvantage Technical connects top- talent in technology, engineering, and technical fields with forward-looking companies.
