  • Hayward, CA) is seeking a Recruiting & Training Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee training, and organizational consistency across multiple departments and locations.
This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting and helping build consistent, effective onboarding and training systems within a fast-paced, collaborative environment that includes sales, production, showroom, and operational teams. Flexible scheduling options available Why You'll Love Working Here Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on recruiting, onboarding, and employee development Collaborative environment across sales, production, showroom, and leadership teams Variety in daily responsibilities and team interaction Ability to help improve recruiting processes, onboarding, training systems, and organizational consistency Flexible scheduling options Supportive and team-oriented environment This Role Is a Great Fit If You Enjoy recruiting, training coordination, and helping employees succeed Thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment Communicate professionally and build trust easily Enjoy organization, structure, and process improvement Are adaptable and comfortable balancing multiple priorities Appreciate both operational teamwork and employee development What You'll Do Manage recruitment efforts including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring support Lead and continuously improve onboarding processes to support successful employee integration Coordinate and maintain training plans, schedules, materials, and follow-up for new and existing employees Work with managers and experienced employees to identify training needs and organize job-specific training Review current training processes and systems to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement Help document company procedures and develop practical, consistent training resources across departments and locations Track onboarding and training progress and follow up to help ensure training plans are completed Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and training processes and recommend improvements as needed Conduct onboarding and training related to company procedures, systems, and expectations Support leadership with cross-training, employee development, and team transition initiatives What We're Looking For Previous experience in Recruiting, Training, Employee Development, Office Management, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams Comfortable in a fast-paced and operationally driven environment Professional, dependable, and adaptable mindset Experience with recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, or employee development preferred Experience with recruiting, training, or learning-management systems and Microsoft Office preferred Performance Expectations Success in this role includes: Supporting effective recruiting, hiring, and employee integration Building organized and consistent training processes across departments and locations Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Creating a positive, organized, and effective onboarding experience Supporting strong working relationships across departments Bringing organization, consistency, and follow-through to recruiting, onboarding, and training processes Professionally representing company values and culture Act as a resource to managers as needed to support training, team transitions, communication, accountability, and organizational effectiveness Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Life insurance Simple IRA with company match Leadership growth opportunities If you are organized, people-focused, and enjoy recruiting, building effective training systems, and helping teams succeed, we encourage you to apply today.
