You'll partner with our Strategic Account Team to transform customer data, business insights, contract intelligence, and market trends into actionable recommendations that strengthen client relationships and uncover new growth opportunities. If you enjoy helping teams make smarter decisions, building executive-ready insights, and working cross-functionally to support complex customer initiatives, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. What You'll Do Develop customer insights that help identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and strategic expansion. Analyze customer purchasing behavior, contract utilization, pricing trends, renewal timelines, and business performance. Build executive-level presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), dashboards, and reports using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Support RFPs, proposals, renewals, and strategic initiatives through research, competitive intelligence, and account analysis. Monitor account health, pipeline activity, and customer trends while identifying potential risks and opportunities before they impact the business. Help improve reporting tools, processes, and analytics that enable better decision-making across the organization. What Makes You Successful You're naturally curious and enjoy understanding why customers make decisions. You don't just build reports—you tell the story behind the numbers. You enjoy collaborating with sales teams, supporting customer strategy, and helping others succeed through thoughtful analysis. You thrive in environments where data, relationships, and business strategy come together. We're Looking For Someone With 3+ years of experience in Customer Development, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategic Account Support, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, and working with large datasets. Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate business insights to leadership and sales teams. Experience supporting enterprise customers, strategic accounts, customer success teams, or commercial sales organizations. Ability to analyze customer data and translate findings into practical business recommendations. Why Fraser? This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted business partner to our Strategic Account Team while helping shape customer growth initiatives across the organization. You'll have visibility into executive-level account strategy, collaborate with leaders across multiple departments, and play a key role in helping Fraser retain and expand some of its most important customer relationships. Instead of carrying a sales quota, you'll influence the decisions that drive long-term customer success and revenue growth. If you're passionate about customer strategy, sales analytics, and helping businesses grow through data-driven insights, we'd love to hear from you.
