Independent Living Skills Trainer

Full-time or Part-time (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available) With ABI Resources , our mission is to provide a calm, balanced, and understanding environment for individuals recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and TBIs. We focus on creating an atmosphere of trust and guidance, where clients feel empowered to grow and regain independence, but within the structure and support that ensures their safety and well-being. As an Independent Living Skills Trainer ( ILST ), Recovery Assistant ( RA ), Companion, Direct Support Professional ( DSP ), or Personal Care Assistant ( PCA ), you will be a crucial part of our team, offering calm, consistent care while fostering understanding and growth. Your role is not to control or manage, but to guide clients with empathy, helping them navigate challenges while providing the stability they need.The Ideal Candidate:
