Assists veterinarians with vaccinations or other procedures; screens people who want to adopt an animal from a shelter and provides information about caring for animals.

Manage client communication through calls, text, e-mail and in-person Manage dog walking schedules Scheduling appointments and services in google calendar and Gingr software Communicate with other team members throughout shift Send photos of dogs from team to clients Review client records Billing Greeting clients, checking in and out dogs, and walking dogs to different parts of the facility.
Skills & Requirements For Success:
Previous animal related experience is a plus! Must be a dog lover Fluent English Speaker and effective communicator Customer Service oriented Computer and typing skills

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Must have a minimum of one year of prior experience, and a basic understanding of canine behavior and corrective actions.
