You are a pet enthusiast who demonstrates a thorough, caring approach to bathing clients' animals while providing an exceptional level of service for the customer and their pet. You are comfortable around dogs and are safety-minded with a gentle spirit.PEOPLE WOULD DESCRIBE YOU AS

You have a minimum of 6 mos of bathing or related animal experience. You have a high school diploma or GED. You have experience working in a fast-paced environment. As a EarthWise Pet Grooming Technician, your responsibilities may include:- Bathing pets to company standards
- Maintaining and adhering to all company safety guidelines
- Check in grooming clients - communicate clearly with the client on what they would like done on their dog
- Maintain a clean grooming area
- Promoting add on sales to grooming to benefit the animals health
- Create follow-up appointments as each client checks out
- Communicate with customers and other staff members in thorough manner
- Build rapport/relationships with customers
- Maintain clean working environment
- Make product recommendations, additional care recommendations to clients
- Maintain cleanliness in the grooming room and in the check in area
- Make reminder calls to clients
- Check vaccination records and make sure they are current one week prior to pet arriving for appointment.

Ability to work with other groomers & bathers Ability to lift large 50+ lbs dogs Calming presence to soothe dogs Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time Great communication skills Ability to work on a teamPay:
