Duties Provide professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping tailored to each dog's breed, size, and temperament Assess each pet's health and behavior to determine appropriate grooming techniques and handle them with gentle care Maintain a clean and sanitized grooming station, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized after use Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking system, managing client requests and follow-up visits Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, or health concerns Assist with inventory management by ordering supplies as needed and keeping track of grooming products and equipment Ensure a safe environment for pets by adhering to safety protocols and handling animals with patience and professionalism Requirements Proven experience as a Dog Groomer with a strong portfolio of grooming styles and techniques Knowledge of various dog breeds' grooming standards and health considerations Excellent interpersonal skills to interact confidently with pet owners and team members Ability to manage multiple appointments while maintaining high-quality service standards Familiarity with appointment scheduling software and basic office procedures Experience working in salons, spas, or private residences preferred; hotel or clinic experience is a plus Personal service experience with adults, adolescents, elderly individuals, or clients in office or hotel environments is advantageous Valid transportation assistance skills for errands or mobile grooming services if required Join us to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners!
