We're looking for dependable, experienced pet care professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing an outstanding client experience. Who You Are (You are someone who): Is reliable, punctual, and accountable Has previous professional or extensive hands on pet care experience and is comfortable handling pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments Communicates professionally and provides exceptional customer service Has previous professional or extensive hands on pet care experienceIs calm and confident Pays close attention to detail and follows care instructions carefully Enjoys working independently while being a supportive member of our team What You'll Do Provide personalized care through services including: Private dog walks Drop in visits Overnight pet sitting Adventure outings Wedding pet attendant services Basic home tasks while clients are away Requirements At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States Able to pass a background check Valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation Smartphone with a data plan Able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably work outdoors in varying weather conditions Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight care Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor $15 - $100+ per completed service 100% of client gratuities Payments issued within 24 to 48 hours of completed services New client and team member referral bonuses American Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid certification reimbursement upon successful completion Our Hiring Process Because our clients place tremendous trust in us, we hire thoughtfully.
