This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love for animals with strong management skills to create a positive experience for pets and their owners. Duties Supervise daily kennel operations, ensuring high standards of animal care, cleanliness, and safety are maintained at all times Manage pet intake and discharge processes with attention to detail Lead team members ensuring all duties are completed to our highest standard Experience Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and visitors Hands-on experience with dog handling and ability to read dog body language
