Responsible for delivering our customers and their pets safe, high quality, bath services that are in line with our Core Values and Salon Policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Team Member must be able to consistently perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation. Responsible for participating in all store activities in a manner that maximizes sales, profits, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining a minimum Daily Revenue Rate of $500.00 Responsible for working the alternative work schedule assigned by management. Responsible for adhering to all Policies and Procedures, Salon Policies, Core Values, Check In, and Check out Procedures. Responsible for professionally and safely performing bathing services on pets as requested by customers. Bathing Services to include but not limited to;Bath Services

• (We•do-it Scrubs, Premium Scrubs, Ultimate Scrubs, Puppy Packages) A La Carte Services•(Nail Trims, Nail Grinds, Gland Expressions, Teeth Brushings, Sanitary Trims, Paw Pad Shaves) Responsible for ensuring the safety and well being of all pets.

Treat every pet with compassion. Talks to the pet or uses other techniques to calm the pet. Responsible for safely and effectively utilizing grooming instruments including, clippers, brushes, combs, nail clippers, nail grinders and dryers. Responsible for reading written and/or receiving oral instructions to determine the specific services desired by the customer. Responsible for placing the pet on the grooming table and fitting the grooming collar on the pet to safely secure the pet to the table. Responsible for combing, fluffing and blow drying the pet's coat. Responsible for providing quick and courteous service to all customers by utilizing "Check In" and "Check Out" Procedures. Clean and maintain the Salon so that it is sanitary and safe for people and pets in accordance with Daily and Weekly Salon Cleaning Checklists. Cleaning includes but is not limited to; all equipment, supplies, tools, force dryers, stand dryers, groom tables, tubs, windows, and floors. Responsible for supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Employee Handbook and Safety Policy/Manual and all Human Resources policies, and by demonstrating the Company's values and being a role model for the Company Brand Responsible to interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts with emphasis on company interests Responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by management.
