Duties Perform comprehensive grooming services including , brushing, trimming, and styling of various dog breeds to meet client specifications, a bather will be provided to help you wash and dry. Handle dogs safely and confidently using animal restraint techniques to ensure comfort and security during grooming procedures Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences, provide advice on pet coat maintenance, and address any special needs or concerns Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use Assist with pet care tasks such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal glands, etc. related procedures if needed Manage kennel areas, ensuring pets are comfortable and secure before and after grooming sessions Support pet handling during drop-off and pick-up processes, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Requirements Proven experience in pet grooming for at least 2 years Strong dog handling skills with the ability to perform animal restraint safely and compassionately Familiarity with animal handling techniques across various species including dogs, and possibly other companion animals Excellent communication skills to engage with pet owners professionally and clearly explain grooming procedures or care advice Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle larger dogs or equipment safely A genuine passion for animals combined with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us in making every pet look fantastic while providing top-tier care!
