Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Dog Groomer to join our grooming team within a busy daycare and boarding facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing high-quality grooming services while maintaining a calm, positive experience for each pet. Responsibilities Perform full-service grooming including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning Handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments safely and confidently Communicate professionally with pet parents and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming space Coordinate with daycare and boarding staff to manage grooming appointments Follow all company and PACFA safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Minimum2-4 years of professional grooming experience Proficient in breed-specific styles and coat maintenance Excellent animal-handling and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Team player with a positive attitude Knowledge of PACFA/state grooming regulations a plus Ability to work independently and as a team Able to work with a large variety of dog breeds with dogs up to 100+ lbs What We Offer Competitive commission-based pay plus tips Supportive management Employee discounts on daycare and boarding Sign on bonus Quarterly sharpening and repair stipend Positive, safe, and team-oriented work culture Part Time / Full-time Our company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
