The Fluffy Club is a growing mobile grooming company serving Central Florida. We're looking for an experienced dog groomer who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and values great customer service. Our schedule is built around one-on-one appointments, allowing every groomer to focus on each dog without feeling rushed. Responsibilities Perform full grooming services from start to finish, including bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and haircuts Evaluate each dog's coat and overall condition before grooming Communicate with clients about their dog's grooming needs and preferences Safely drive and operate the mobile grooming van between scheduled appointments Keep the van, equipment, tools, and workspace clean, organized, and sanitized Represent The Fluffy Club with professionalism and exceptional customer service at every appointment Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and genuinely enjoys creating a positive experience for every dog and every client.

The ideal candidate:

Minimum of 2 years of professional dog grooming experience required Can confidently complete full grooms from start to finish Has strong scissoring and finishing skills Enjoys taking the time to produce beautiful, high-quality grooms Handles dogs with patience, confidence, and compassion Communicates professionally and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients Keeps their workspace clean, organized, and professional Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Is authorized to work in the United States Cat grooming experience is a plus Previous mobile grooming experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
