) Communicate effectively and kindly with pet parents and apartment staff Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards at all times Manage grooming time efficiently to stay on schedule Build positive relationships with repeat clients and communities What We're Looking For A love for dogs 2+ years grooming experience (mobile or salon) Comfortable grooming dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Strong time-management and organization skills Professional and customer-focused demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if traveling between complexes) Cat grooming a plus, but not required Bonus if

You Have:

Experience grooming in mobile units or non-traditional setups Ability to work evenings or weekends Bilingual skills (especially English/Spanish)
