Duties Safely handle dogs and other pets during grooming, bathing, and daycare activities, utilizing proper animal restraint techniques Perform pet bathing, grooming, brushing, and cleaning to ensure animals look and feel their best Monitor pets during daycare hours, providing enrichment activities and socialization to promote healthy behavior Maintain cleanliness of kennels, grooming areas, and common spaces through regular sanitization and organization Assist with pet boarding by feeding, administering medications if needed, and observing for signs of illness or distress Lift heavy items such as bags of pet food or equipment safely using team lifting techniques Skills Strong animal handling skills with proficiency in animal restraint and outdoor work experience is preferred Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners and team members Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently while maintaining a sanitized environment for pets' health Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and outdoor work in all weather conditions Familiarity with pet grooming tools and techniques to deliver quality bathing and grooming services Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for animals makes a difference every day!
