We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise in animal handling and grooming will help create a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling pets according to breed standards or client preferences. Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require veterinary attention. Handle animals safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, including tools and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' needs and grooming options. Assist in animal restraint during grooming procedures to ensure safety for both the pet and staff. Keep accurate records of services performed on each pet, including any special instructions or observations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high standards of care. REQUIRED.

Knowledge of dog training techniques is a plus. Familiarity with animal handling, care, and restraint techniques is essential. Experience with equine care or kennel operations can enhance your application. Strong customer service skills are necessary to build rapport with clients and ensure satisfaction. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed when handling larger breeds or equipment. Join us in providing top-notch care for our furry friends while enjoying a fulfilling career in pet grooming! At our salon we pay 50% commission + tips. You need to be available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. We also offer part time.
