Qualifications Professional dog grooming experience, including breed-specific and client-requested cuts The ability to handle pets calmly, safely, and humanely throughout the grooming process Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach with clients Good time management and attention to detail The ability to recognize signs of stress, illness, or skin and coat concerns and bring them to the team's attention A dependable, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to keeping the grooming area clean and safe Job Responsibilities Provide baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and other grooming services Discuss grooming requests with clients and confirm their preferences before each appointment Handle and monitor pets carefully, adjusting your approach to their comfort and needs Communicate with clients about their pet's groom and any concerns you notice Maintain clean tools, equipment, and work areas Work with our boarding, reception, and veterinary teams to provide a positive experience for pets and their families Compensation & Benefits We are searching for a great candidate and offer competitive pay accordingly. The starting hourly range for this position is dependent upon experience.
