Join our growing team at Chicago's oldest and largest dog daycare, boarding and training center! K9 University takes pride in giving the best care possible for all dogs who come for boarding or daycare. We understand that not every dog is social and enjoys being in playgroups. We are looking for someone to come in and help us give the best care possible for our dogs who come to K9 that can't get into playgroup due to whatever reasoning. Candidate has to have an experience handling reactive dogs and be able to provide the best care possible for them. Job will include safely handling and moving individual play dogs around certain areas of the facility. Also, engaging with them with play or other mental stimulation exercises. Required to work on Weekends and Holidays, some of the shifts will be in the morning and some in the evening. A drug test and background check will be performed as part of the onboarding process.

Pay:

$17.55 - $18.05 per hour
