(MUST have a background in grooming!) We offer flexible hours, scheduling services, bathers, weekly commissions- and tips-based pay, a fully-equipped and modern salon which includes tubs, crates, tables, shampoos, conditioners, towels, dryers, and more! Our top-notch groomers are expected to provide professional grooming services using proper techniques and in a variety of current & breed-appropriate styles. To fill this role, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who shows deep compassion for animals, is dependable & enthusiastic about grooming, and understands the value of punctuality, attention to detail, & working as a team. Responsibilities and Duties The groomers in our shop are expected to: provide a wide array of services including brushing, blow drying, de-matting, gland expressing, nail trimming & grinding, and scissor- & clipper-cutting maintain a clean and safe work environment treat clients and their pets with kindness and respect possess superior animal handling skills have the ability to implement a variety of grooming techniques suitable to all breeds of dogs
