Angel's Pet Boarding is a small, home-based dog boarding and daycare business in South Bend. We are looking for 1-2 reliable, responsible, and dog-loving people to join our team. This is a hands-on job caring for dogs in a small-group home environment. The right person should be comfortable with cleaning, feeding, walking, supervising dogs, and keeping the environment safe and organized. What you'll do: Supervise and interact with dogs Feed dogs and provide fresh water Let dogs outside and clean up after them Help with playtime and rotations Give basic care such as brushing and cleaning around their eyes Vacuum, sweep, mop, and keep dog areas clean Take photos/updates of dogs for their owners Follow our safety and care instructions carefully What I'm looking for: Reliable and punctual Comfortable handling dogs of different sizes and personalities Patient and attentive Able to stay active and on your feet Comfortable cleaning and doing physical work Good communication skills Able to follow directions and safety procedures Previous dog-care experience is a plus, but not required for the right person

Schedule:

Part-time, with opportunities for additional hours depending on boarding needs. Some weekends and holidays are required.

Pay:

Starting at $13/hour during training, with the opportunity to move to $18/hour after training based on performance. Additional bonuses may be available. This is a great opportunity for someone who truly enjoys working with dogs and wants to be part of a small, personal business.
