Overview Are you a dog lover looking to turn your passion into a rewarding job? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dog Bather at a reputable dog grooming shop. Hours Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm. (This position does earn tips as well that typically average around $3 extra an hour) Duties Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Bathe and dogs of various breeds and sizes Brush and detangle fur to prepare dogs for grooming Trim nails and clean ears Handle pets safely and compassionately during their stay. Provide a comfortable and stress-free bathing experience for all dogs Maintain a clean and organized bathing area May be cross trained to help with front desk Skills Previous experience working with dogs preferred Willingness to learn and follow bathing procedures Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with care and patience Strong attention to detail and a love for animals Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine love for animals and commitment to their welfare is essential.
