Muddy Paws is looking for a friendly, dependable part-time dog walker who loves dogs, enjoys being active, and is ready to learn. This is an ongoing W-2 position—not a temporary or seasonal role—and prior dog-walking experience is not required. Schedule You must be available Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Most walks take place between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., but additional walks may be assigned within the wider availability window. One weekend per month is required. The expected workload is approximately 15 hours per week, with potential for additional hours. Additional hours are not guaranteed. If you cannot keep the weekday window open on a specific day, you must request that time off before the schedule is finalized so a last-minute walk is not added. Location and requirements Live within approximately five miles of Woburn. Have a reliable car and a valid driver's license. Have a smartphone with internet access. Be comfortable working outdoors, staying active, and traveling locally between visits. Be comfortable learning to handle dogs safely, including group walks that generally include two to four dogs. Be able to communicate clearly with customers and the Muddy Paws team. What you'll do Provide safe, reliable dog walks and visits in the Woburn area. Help keep dogs safe, happy, and exercised. Follow approved care and scheduling instructions. Communicate clearly about visits, schedule issues, and anything that feels unsafe, suspicious, or wrong. Learn Muddy Paws routines for consistent care and group walking. Compensation Compensation is paid per completed visit. The $16-$22 hourly range is an approximate earnings equivalent, not a guaranteed hourly wage. Exact visit rates will be explained during the interview process. Typical gross earnings are approximately $300 per week, excluding customer tips. Actual hours, visit mix, and earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Walkers may receive optional customer tips; tips vary and are not guaranteed. How to apply Apply through this posting with your current work information and availability. Candidates selected to continue will receive short screening questions about location, schedule, transportation, and the core requirements of the role. Applying does not guarantee an interview or employment.
