Job Description

Kennel Technician position includes but is not limited to: handling animals, preparation and delivery of pet's food and water; legible record keeping; proper disposal of wastes; proper sanitation of kennels and kennel areas; observing animals in your care; collection of urine and fecal specimens; bathing pets; hospital cleanliness; proper maintenance of supplies in the kennel and assisting other staff when needed. Kennel staff need to be flexible in working either AM or PM shifts Monday through Friday , Saturdays, Sundays and rotating holidays. Weekends and holidays are required shifts. Summary As a Kennel Technician, you will be essential in providing high-quality care for pets in a kennel environment. Your core responsibilities will include animal handling, pet care, and ensuring the well-being of all animals. Your premium skills in attention to details and following protocols will enhance the care provided.
