Our receptionists are in charge of checking clients in and out, making reservations, taking phone calls, organizing and inputting records, interacting with customers, and bringing the dogs to and from the lobby and the play areas. Our receptionists need to be self starters who are well organized and can multitask efficiently. This position also includes some general cleaning such as laundry, mopping, dusting, and minor clean up. Proficiency with computers is required. All staff are also asked to work what we call "Runner Shifts" which entails basic cleaning around the facility and running dogs from the lobby to play group and back again. These can be a nice change of pace and allows our receptionists to be better connected with the other staff.
