Works with animals in shelters or rescue organizations. Works primarily with dogs and cats. Assists veterinarians with vaccinations or other procedures; screens people who want to adopt an animal from a shelter and provides information about caring for animals.

Job Description

This position entails many duties such as scheduling appointments, releasing dogs to their owner, taking payment for services, laundry, cleaning the salon, and assisting the groomers when needed. We keep a very clean salon so there is a lot of cleaning involved. This position can be physical so you must be able to do some light lifting. Position is Monday thru Friday 12p-5p. No weekends!!
