Hello! Barks & Bubbles is a small family owned pet grooming salon in Lakeville. We established in 2024 and have been going strong since! Join our passionate and supportive work environment where we prioritize high-quality care! We focus on delivering top-tier grooming services while ensuring a safe, stress-free experience for every pet.Salary & Benefits Pay:
40% to 50% Commission-based pay on services. No hourly rate.Payroll:
Direct Deposit paid weekly on Friday.Retirement:

Unpaid vacation time & Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST).Schedule:
Morning shift - flexible scheduling (minimum 3 days per week required, must be able to work Saturdays)Days Off:
Every Sunday and Major/Federal Holidays are guaranteed days off!Job Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional pet grooming experience (Required).Certification:
Professional grooming certification (Preferred).Tools:
Must own, maintain and know how to use your own professional grooming tools (clippers, shears, clip combs, nail grinder, hair products, brushes, etc.).Physical Ability:
Physical capability and dexterity to safely handle and restrain all breed sizes and temperaments, as well as be able to stand most of the day.Proximity:
Must live within a 30-minute commute of the salon and have reliable transportation.Skills:
Must be professionally trained, capable of handling diverse clientele, show patience, and understanding of various breed patterns.Key Responsibilities Grooming:
Efficiently groom a minimum of 5 dogs per day while maintaining a high standard of quality. Must be able to multitask and finish a Full Groom inBenefits
