Duties Deliver high-quality grooming and hygiene services with consistency and care Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, blowouts, nail trims, ear cleaning and breed-appropriate trims Handle dogs safely and confidently using proper restraint techniques to ensure comfort and safety during grooming process Create a calm, clean, and positive experience for every dog, and maintain a clean, sanitized and organized grooming environment Monitor dogs for signs of stress, discomfort, or health concerns and escalate when needed Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with dog parents about grooming needs, aftercare instructions, and pet behavior Support other team members and a team culture centered around positivity and teamwork Experience Prior experience in dog grooming is required; certification from a recognized grooming program is a plus Strong knowledge of dog breeds, coat types, grooming tools, and handling techniques A patient, calm, and compassionate approach with dogs of all sizes and temperaments Strong communication and excellent customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Physical ability to perform heavy lifting of animals or equipment when necessary for grooming or kennel duties Who You Are & Skills That Help You Succeed Attention to detail Loves dogs and takes pride in making them look and feel amazing Ability to multitask and passionate about learning and continuous improvement Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards Brings positive energy to the workplace, positive attitude and adaptability Embark on a rewarding career where your love for dogs makes a difference!
