Responsibilities Perform pet grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, pet coat styling, pet nail trimming, and ear cleaning to meet client specifications. Handle animals safely and compassionately using animal restraint techniques to ensure comfort and security during grooming procedures. Provide pet care advice to owners on grooming routines, coat maintenance, and general animal care best practices. Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their needs, explain grooming processes, and offer personalized recommendations. Assist with dog training and basic behavioral guidance to ensure smooth grooming sessions. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use. Support other team members with animal handling tasks such as veterinary assistance or equine care when needed. Qualifications Proven experience in pet grooming, including pet coat styling, pet nail trimming, and animal handling.
