Pay Groomers:
50% commission on completed grooms 100% of tips
Bathers:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience 100% of tips ResponsibilitiesFor Groomers Perform breed-specific and custom haircuts based on client requests. Groom Doodles, Poodles, and other popular breeds with attention to detail. Safely handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Complete baths, brush-outs, blow dries, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and anal gland expressions when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming station. Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with pet parents. Ensure every pet receives safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. For Bathers Bathe, brush, dry, and prepare dogs for grooming appointments. Perform nail trims, ear cleaning, deshedding treatments, and basic hygiene services. Assist groomers with pet handling and salon cleanliness. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area. Ensure every pet leaves clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience for Groomer applicants. Previous experience working in a professional grooming salon or pet care environment. Knowledge of proper pet handling and safety procedures. Experience with a variety of breeds and coat types is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team. Must be comfortable working 2-3 days per week , including 2 days at our Silverado Ranch location .
