Overview We are searching for a
PART TIME
dog walker. This is a 1099'd position; it's $15 per 30 minute walk, $18 per 45 minutes walk, and $22 for an hour walk. You'll have a route around your location to travel from dog to dog, so you must have your own car. This is a great opportunity for those who want a flexible schedule, a healthy lifestyle with daily walking, and have a love for animals and great client care. Duties Walk dogs on a regular schedule, no matter the weather conditions. Ensure the safety and well-being of the dogs in your care. Clean up after dogs during walks. Monitor dogs for any signs of illness or injury and report to the owner. Provide excellent customer service to clients, including regular updates on their pets' activities and behavior. Experience Previous experience working with animals in roles such as veterinary technician assistant, kennel attendant, pet groomer, or pet sitter is a plus, but not necessary. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to safely move animals or supplies. Strong communication skills combined with a genuine passion for animal care are essential for success in this role.
