Dog Park Yard Attendant (Tail Chaser) - The Wag (Columbus, OH) At The Wag LLC , we're more than just a dog park—we're a people park, dog bar. Located in Grandview, Ohio, our locally owned business is passionate about creating a high-quality and safe experience for both dogs and humans. Every service we offer is rooted in compassion, safety, and treating every dog like family. Position Summary We're searching for energetic, compassionate Dog Park Yard Attendants (aka Tail Chasers!) to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for dogs of all breeds and sizes—while also connecting with their humans. You'll play a key role in keeping tails wagging and owners smiling. We will be looking to hold interviews ASAP Key Responsibilities Supervise off-leash group play sessions, ensuring dogs stay safe, happy, and engaged Observe and respond to dog behavior, addressing concerns or incidents as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of play yards and common areas Communicate clearly with teammates and pet parents about dog behavior and well-being Engage with owners, creating a welcoming, positive environment for everyone What We're Looking For Prior experience in pet care or animal handling preferred (but not required—we'll train!)
