Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Animal Care Staff Supervisor to lead our animal care team in providing exceptional welfare and support of our animals. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations within the animal care facility, ensuring that all animals receive compassionate handling, proper medical attention, and a clean, safe environment. Your leadership will inspire a team committed to animal welfare excellence, fostering a positive and efficient work atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on animal health and well-being while developing your supervisory skills Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of animal care staff, including cleaning, feeding, medication administration, and record keeping Ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner according to company protocol to promote the well being and safety of animals in our care Provide guidance and coaching to improve process efficiency for staff Communicate additional training and/or disciplinary needs of staff to management Skills Proven experience with knowledge of animal husbandry practices Experience handling dogs,and/or cats, equine animals or other species with confidence and compassion Strong record-keeping skills Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Conflict resolution and ability to motivate staff in a positive manner Join us to lead a team dedicated to advancing animal welfare through compassionate care and professional excellence. Pay:
