We provide a team of bathers and support staff, and a professionally outfitted facility so that you can focus on doing what you do best - grooming! Flexible Scheduling We understand that great grooming requires both consistency and flexibility. That's why we now offer customizable schedules , allowing groomers to choose between: 4-day workweeks 5-day workweeks Or alternating 4/5-day rotations Key Responsibilities Perform full-service grooming with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality Evaluate pets' coat condition and recommend appropriate services Communicate clearly with clients, set proper expectations, and resolve concerns as needed Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow sanitization protocols Collaborate with teammates to support smooth operations and ensure quality Maintain a working knowledge of breed standards and popular pet clips Requirements Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with a strong portfolio Skilled in safe handling of dogs of all sizes, coat types, and temperaments Solid understanding of animal behavior and grooming safety standards Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Efficient time management skills in a fast-paced environment Genuine care for animals and dedication to safety and comfort

Groomers earn commission and tips with no ceiling; full-time groomers typically earn $65,000-$85,000+ annually
