Overview Looking for someone to help manage the dog kennels. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for animals and staff. This position is essential in ensuring that all areas are sanitized and organized, contributing to the overall health and well-being of the animals in our care. If you have a passion for animal welfare and possess strong sanitation skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of animal enclosures, kennels, and common areas. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Monitor the cleanliness of the facility throughout the day and address any sanitation issues promptly. Assist with the proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with veterinary technicians and assistants to maintain a hygienic environment conducive to animal care. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Experience Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with animal care practices, including pet grooming, dog training, or handling is advantageous. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners and visitors. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
