Responsibility to include but are not limited to: Being responsible for the safety and well-being of all animals entrusted to our care. Being responsible to manage operations to provide and maintain standards of conduct, cleanliness and safety. Being responsible for management of resort staff to ensure proper animal care is provided at all times and employees are properly trained in their position Being responsible for the resort being clean and well maintained Daily tasks are completed on time and with the highest standard of quality Expected to lend a helping hand (cleaning when necessary, stepping in to assist with daycare groups, administering medications, communicating with clients and possibly answering phones) Candidate should be prepared to spend all day on their feet. Expected to lead by example with all decisions and actions.
MUST HAVE
minimum 1 year experience as an animal caretaker.
MUST HAVE
a passion and commitment to animals.
MUST HAVE
excellent customer service, communication, organizational and time management skills.
MUST HAVE
reliable transportation MUST BE willing to work 10-12 hour shifts, weekends, and half days on holidays. Required Schedule/Hours TBD (we have 2 lead schedules available)
