Duties Provide daily care and supervision for pets in kennels, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed Maintain a clean and sanitized environment by performing regular kennel cleaning, pet grooming, and facility sanitization Handle animals with gentle restraint techniques to ensure safety during grooming, medical procedures, or movement Assist with pet boarding and pet sitting services, ensuring each animal's individual needs are met Monitor animal behavior to identify signs of stress or illness and communicate concerns to veterinary staff or management Support outdoor activities such as exercise walks or playtime in secure outdoor areas Engage in pet training activities to promote good behavior and socialization among animals Skills Strong animal handling skills with knowledge of animal restraint techniques Experience in pet sitting, pet grooming, or dog training is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and team lifting safely when moving supplies or large animals Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and visitors Knowledge of animal behavior to ensure safe interactions and proper care practices Familiarity with kennel experience, outdoor work environments, and pet care facility sanitization protocols Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness while managing multiple tasks efficiently Join us in creating a caring environment where pets thrive!
