Job description Our pet bathers are an integral part of the team in our busy salon, focusing on bathing dogs of all sizes and temperaments to ensure they look their best. Additional responsibilities include brushing, trimming nails, and performing add-on services. Qualifications Must be able to frequently lift 40 pounds Must be able to be on feet eight hours per day Must be able to handle dogs on leashes Must have strong communication skills Must possess a love of animals and patience when handling pets Displays a professional manner at all times Responsibilities Constantly ensure the safety, security and well-being of each pet Handles pets at all times with skill and care Always interact with customers in a warm, friendly and professional manner Practice timeliness -starts shift on time, and finish pets before promised time Conscientiously perform all aspects of the grooming services to Shaggie Dog Salon's expectations of quality Using established procedures groom all pets according to customer request Work in an organized and hygienic manner Keep work area free of hair and clutter and sanitizes tools Understand the purpose of products and use them appropriately, follow label directions Work schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Hourly Pay +
