Job Description

We are hiring multiple Mobile Grooming Support & Dog Bather team members who can cross-train between our mobile grooming operation and pet-care/facility support. Professional grooming experience is not required; we are willing to train the right person. This is a physical, hands-on job. Mobile grooming days are approximately 10 hours, typically 6:00 AM-4:00 PM, and include dogs, water, hair, barking, cleaning, standing, bending, bathing, drying, brushing, prep, van setup/reset and safe handling. Facility shifts include dog care, feeding, sanitation, laundry, food preparation, floors, organization and other operational support. We prefer a four-day workweek. Team members typically work two or three mobile grooming days plus one shorter facility/pet-care support day. We are hiring multiple people so the business can staff five to six mobile production days without building overtime into one employee's schedule. Pay is $15-$18/hour depending on experience and demonstrated competency. We will train professional bathing, drying, brushing/prep, dog nails, safe handling, van systems and eventually company-vehicle/van driving. No shared bather tips are paid during initial training; once the employee independently performs full bather prep to company standard, the established bather tip allocation becomes available. We are looking for people who are reliable, physically capable, coachable, comfortable cleaning normal animal messes, willing to work both sides of the role, and interested in learning and growing with a busy pet-care company.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
