Lead Dog Groomer About the Role As a Lead Dog Groomer at Scenthound, you'll be responsible for leading grooming services while driving results through mentorship, motivation, and operational excellence. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and brings both grooming experience and a strong sense of accountability to the team. The Lead Trimmer will set the standard for grooming safety and quality, team performance, and service consistency, while training and supporting Dog Bathers and aspiring Groomers. What You'll Do Groom dogs to adhere to Scenthound's standards of a puppy cut; one length all-over with a neat face Lead, guide, and mentor Dog Bathers and Groomers-in-training Create a positive, communicative team environment that encourages learning and growth Set the pace and tone for productivity and efficiency in the back-of-house. Provide hands-on support to maintain service flow and on-time services Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Adhere to and promote safety and sanitation standards.
