Position Summary We're looking for an experienced, dependable Doggy Daycare Worker / Floater who can confidently work with dogs and step into any area of the facility as needed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves animals, and wants to build a long‑term career with advancement potential. Quality care is our number one priority, and we're seeking someone who shares that commitment. Responsibilities Dog Handling — Supervise playgroups, monitor behavior, and ensure safe interactions. Facility Support — Float between daycare, boarding, cleaning, client service, and enrichment activities as needed. Client Interaction — Greet clients warmly and assist with check‑ins and check‑outs. Communication — Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and personalized care. Record Keeping — Help maintain accurate pet profiles, notes, and safety information. Facility Cleanliness — Keep playrooms, kennels, and common areas clean, organized, and safe. Safety Practices — Follow all safety protocols to protect pets, clients, and staff. Requirements Experience in pet care, dog handling, or related fields. Dependable, hardworking, and able to step in wherever needed. Open availability — nights, weekends, and holidays are required . Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift heavy items and handle active dogs. Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
