• Join the Port Rover Team Port Rover is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking animal lovers to join our team in Portsmouth! We are currently especially interested in candidates who would be a strong fit for: AM Boarder Care
• caring for our overnight guests, feeding, cleaning, potty breaks, medication support, and helping dogs start their day safely and comfortably. Customer Service
• welcoming clients, answering phones and messages, checking pets in and out, managing reservations, and helping keep our front desk organized and running smoothly.

Experience working with dogs or in a pet care environment is preferred, but not required . We are happy to train the right person. Reliability, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are extremely important to us. Our Pet Care Specialists may assist with: Feeding and caring for boarding dogs Cleaning and maintaining kennels and pet care areas Safe handling of dogs of different sizes and temperaments Potty breaks and enrichment activities Checking pets in and out Communicating with pet parents Answering phones, texts, and reservation questions Maintaining accurate pet and client information Working closely with other team members to keep the day running smoothly You may be a great fit if you: Truly enjoy working with both animals and people Are dependable and punctual Can stay organized in a busy environment Are comfortable being on your feet and physically active Can follow detailed instructions and safety procedures Are willing to clean—pet care involves plenty of it! Can work independently while still being part of a team Have strong communication and customer service skills Pet care experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, and reliability matter just as much.
