Kennel Attendant (Pet Hospitality) — Prairie Hills Animal Hospital | Cheyenne, WY Prairie Hills Animal Hospital is hiring a Kennel Attendant who loves creating a true home-away-from-home experience for our boarding guests. If you're the kind of person who notices the little things—comfort, cleanliness, routine, and reassurance—you'll thrive in this role. Experience in a pet boarding facility or veterinary practice is a plus. What you'll do: Provide pet hospitality : nurturing care, gentle handling, and calm routines for pets of all ages Keep boarding areas clean, comfortable, and safe (bedding, bowls, runs/kennels, laundry, sanitation) Deliver enriching, age-appropriate activities: potty walks, playtime, quiet time, and comfort measures Monitor closely for changes in appetite, behavior, stool/urination, coughing/sneezing, limping, stress, or pain—and report concerns promptly Administer Medications and Spa Services Communicate with pet parents to provide peace of mind (updates, observations, and a friendly, confident handoff). You will schedule boarding reservations, intake and discharge our pet guests.
