Rocky Hill Ranch is a small business in Erie, CO. We are professional, agile, bold and our goal is to provide the best possible care to dogs in our facility. Whether dogs are boarding with us or are here for daycare, we allot more than enough space for them to run around and play all day long to their heart's content. Our employees have a passion for interacting with and overseeing all daycare/boarding dogs' activities. From feeding the dogs to bonding with them, our staff has a drive to ensure safety and inclusivity methods are applied in the most efficient manner. We have strict policies in place to prioritize the welfare of our dogs, resulting in little to no issues because of our hard-working, dedicated attendants. With an abundance of space for dogs to run and play in, our clients are highly satisfied with our establishment.

Duties:

• Manage customer relations & reservations through Gingr software.
• Supervise and monitor dogs on the ranch (2 acres per field) collectively alongside other attendants.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in your care.
• Clean and maintain the facility, including, but not limited to: Sanitizing play areas, up keeping kennels, and washing bedding/bowls.
• Administer medications / treatments to dogs as directed by their owners or veterinarians (including injections).
• Monitor dog behavior and intervene in any conflicts or aggressive behavior.

Requirements:

• Capable of undertaking comprehensive training pertaining to digital software.
• Must have a genuine love for dogs and a passion for their well-being.
• Previous experience working with dogs in a professional setting is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds, including those with behavioral issues or special needs.
• Strong customer service skills to interact with dog owners and provide updates on their pets' activities and behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) when necessary.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
